👔 RECRUITMENT OF SEWING LINE LEADER
Vintex Vietnam Co., Ltd. is looking for an experienced sewing line leader to join the production team, ensuring productivity and quality according to customer requirements.
🔹 Job description:
Manage and operate all activities of the sewing line (20-40 workers).
Assign work, arrange labor reasonably to achieve productivity, quality, and production progress.
Monitor and supervise sewing techniques, promptly guide and support workers when encountering difficulties.
Control product quality on the line, coordinate with KCS/QA/QC to handle errors.
Train and improve skills for workers in the team.
Report productivity and production status daily/weekly to management.
🔹 Requirements:
High school graduate or higher, priority given to candidates with a sewing certificate.
At least 2 years of experience as a sewing line leader or equivalent position.
Understand industrial sewing techniques, export production processes.
Ability to manage, arrange, and coordinate workers.
Dynamic, responsible, able to withstand work pressure.
